PHIL OTTO CULTURAL DESIGNER

Philip Otto, Founder & Creative Director

Philip Otto is a cultural anthropologist, creative leader, and designer. Phil has helped the brands he’s worked with become household names. He is committed to exploring the intersection between design, architecture, art, and culture to create meaningful connections with communities.

After completing his training in cultural anthropology at Stanford, he began working as a creative leader on projects for museums, retailers, and developers. Through these interrelated experiences, Phil arrived at his unique approach to culturally based projects that connect with people. Phil has had the privilege to work with some of the premier brands in the world, including Anthropologie, Coca-Cola International, Levi’s, Nike, Undefeated, The North Face, Free People, Urban Outfitters, REI Co-op, and Ingka Centers for IKEA to name a few.

He has also been a featured speaker for ICSC, AIGA, SEGD and teaches Branding and Design Issues in the Design Art Architecture and Planning program at The University of Cincinnati.

Christian Strike, Partner & COO

Christian Strike is a Serial Entrepreneur, Strategic Consultant, and Product Designer. A renowned branding and storytelling thought leader, he brings a depth of experience in brand strategy, partnerships, and execution from street to luxury effortlessly.

He is known for collaborating with brands and creators, including Adidas, Nike, KAWS, Supreme, Levis, Shepard Fairey (OBEY), Wu-Tang Clan, Warner Brothers, Universal, T-Mobile, Urban Outfitters, The Standard Hotels, and others. A few of his additional accomplishments include selling his leading youth culture-focused publishing company to Alloy Media and conceiving and producing Beautiful Losers, an internationally celebrated, record-breaking museum exhibition, book, and documentary film.

Christian has appeared in the NYT, Vanity Fair, LA Times, Huffington Post, Forbes, Sports Illustrated, Artforum, Art In America, Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times.
